Elizabeth Jacob started her legal journey at a young age by volunteering and eventually working at a boutique family law firm in Brampton, Ontario. Since then, Elizabeth realized she wished to pursue law, specifically family law. Elizabeth Jacob obtained her LL.B with First Class Honours at the University of Leeds in England. Elizabeth returned to Canada and articled at a distinguished family law firm in Mississauga, Ontario. She was called to the bar in January 2019 and has exclusively practiced in the field of family law ever since. Prior to working at Dhillon Law P.C, Elizabeth practiced family law at a boutique law firm in Brampton, Ontario. Elizabeth is extremely passionate about family law and represents clients in all aspects including but not limited to access, child and spousal support, equalization, special and extraordinary expenses and income imputation. Elizabeth has also drafted various domestic agreements, separation agreements and other prenuptial /cohabitation agreements. She has represented clients at different levels of court such as the Superior Court of Justice as well as the Ontario Court of Justice. She has advocated for clients on Interjurisdictional Support matters encompassing other provinces in Ontario. Elizabeth is also empaneled as a Legal Aid Ontario Panel Lawyer.
