Mental health issues are quite challenging – what is the boundary between sanity and insanity, where lies the threshold, who & what determines the parameters, yardsticks, etc. etc. The Ontario Review Board determines their treatment plan, sentencing, rehabilitation and eventual re-integration back into mainstream community.
Harminder S. Dhillon is also a member of Legal Aid panel for Family law matters. He is a member of and fully engaged with Peel Law Association, ensuring legal issues faced by South Asian community are attended to.
